Our trulli house have been refurbished in full respect of its original features, structure, materials and furnishings. A dive in the past with contemporary luxuries. Trulli d'Itria is a typical trulli complex dated back to the 1800s, recently refurbished in total respect for their original features, structure, materials and furnishings. The structure is equipped with all amenities with large internal and external spaces. Furnished with antique style furnishings, it retains the authentic and rustic charm of the past, characterized by essentiality and elegance. The villa consists of three spacious double bedrooms, one single room, two trulli that compose one of two living room and common area. The house has 2 complete bathrooms (WC, lavabo, shower and bidet) and 1 bathroom with WC and lavabo. The beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is located in the "lamia" adjacent to the trullis. Outside there is a gazebo for convivial use equipped with a big table, barbecue and a typical Pugliese wood oven. The whole structure is at guests' disposal. Guests will have access to the front yard and the pool, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. At the gazebo equipped with a convivial table, as well as the wood-burning oven and barbecue. The villa is equipped with private parking.

The structure is located in the countryside of Martina Franca, a few minutes drive from the baroque town in the heart of the Itria Valley. The location is strategic, just 13 km from the characteristic Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 5 km from the delightful Locorotondo and half way from the Ionian and Adriatic seas. Nearby you could also find the so called "Ciclovia dell'Acquedotto Pugliese" (Cycle patch of the Apulian Acqueduct) where you can take long walks or bicycle, discovering the lush nature of the Itria Valley. Since the structure is located in Martina Franca, it is necessary to use the car to reach the closest town.
