Con bus, treni e tram si raggiungono in pochi minuti il Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, la Basilica di San Pietro, la Basilica di San Paolo, Trastevere, il Gianicolo, il mercato di Portaportese, l'EUR, villa Panphili e tanto altro. Nelle vicinanze c'é l'ospedale San Camillo-Forlanini, ristoranti, pizzerie, pub, supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento. La struttura è accogliente, confortevole, luminosissima. Ultimo piano, ampio ascensore nuovissimo. Possibilità di lettino per bambino.
Desidero che l'ospite si senta come nella sua casa. La mia disponibilità va oltre i servizi di recettore. Mi piace mettere a proprio agio chi viene a vivere nel mio alloggio. Sono un appassionato delle bellezze di Roma e questo mi consente di dare opportune indicazioni a chi desidera conoscere queste bellezze.
Il quartiere è tranquillo anche se attivo. Sono presenti a brevissima distanza dall'alloggio supermercati e attività commerciali di ogni genere, dall'abbigliamento all'oggettistica in genere. C'è un ufficio postale, uffici bancari, ecc. Nelle immediate vicinanze è raggiungibile la struttura ospedaliera "San Camillo" per chi ha la necessità di assistere propri cari ricoverati. La gente è cordiale e simpatica.
