Welcome to Sicily! I'm Mario and I'm an architect. I live in a small and quiet village on the slopes of Mountain Etna. Together with my wife, who is a restorer, we designed and renovated our farm holiday where we live and produce excellent oil, good wine and genuine fruits. We are passionate about design, architecture, contemporary art, good food and authentic locations. In 2014 we founded the real estate agency "Novae Dimore" and we started to collaborate with our friends for the rent of their houses. Comfort, and stylish design for this apartment of 30 square meters, at the first floor of a catalan-gothic building built in the fifteenth century in the main street of Taormina. Despite its small size, the apartment is equipped with every comfort and is perfect for those wishing to spend few days in the heart of one of the most charming town in Sicily. The house has a bedroom with double bed, a living with sofa bed and dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking can use the internal and external spaces of the house. City tax of eur 3,00 per person per night must be paid in cash upon arrival (children under 12 years old are excluded). Waste must be separated (plastic, paper and cardboard, glass, food, tin) and disposed of upon departure. Please carefully follow the additional instructions provided to you upon check-in. Failure to remove and/or separate waste will result in a minimum compensation of fifty euros.

The house is on Corso Umberto, the main shopping street of Taormina, full of shops, bars, restaurants and monuments. The public pay parking is only 250 meters away. The cable way to the beaches is at 600 meters from the house.
