The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: dishwasher, fridge, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, stereo, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, lift, and air conditioning. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city.
