Welcome to our cosy flat located on the 2nd floor, perfect for those seeking comfort and functionality during their stay. The entrance hall, equipped with a security door, offers a practical coat rack for your convenience. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a bridge wardrobe, built-in refrigerator and freezer, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and two chairs, creating an ideal environment to relax after a day of exploring. The bedroom is equipped with a pull-out double bed, perfect for a rejuvenating rest. There is also a TV port with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, a charger socket next to the bed and a large three-door wardrobe with drawers. Air conditioning ensures a cool and comfortable environment. The bathroom is complete and functional, with a washing machine, a small but fully functional shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin with mirror, WC, boiler and storage cupboards. A window allows good natural ventilation. This flat is the ideal choice for those who want a pleasant and relaxing stay, with all amenities at hand. Quartiere tranquillo, ottima zona nel centro storico di Brescia. Si trova a due passi dal Castello di Brescia situato sul Monte Cidneo, vicinissimo a Piazza Loggia e a Piazza Vittoria. Si trova tra le fermate della metro di San Faustino a Vittoria, entrambe situate a 200/250 metri dall'appartamento.
