⚠️ WARNING: The accommodation is spread over three levels connected by marble or wooden stairs. 🏠 The Space This isn't a single room or a studio, but an entire small townhouse located in a secluded and quiet area in the center of Carrara. Access is pedestrian-only in a small street closed to traffic. ⛩️ Layout The 50 sqm property is organized on three levels: Ground floor: Living room with a TV and a storage room. First floor: Kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. Second floor: Double bedroom and a study with an open layout to the stairwell. ⚠️ WARNING: You must use the stairs to get from one floor to another. 🏍️ Amenities It's possible to park your motorcycle in a private, closed garage by reservation. We also offer the use of a bicycle. ⛪ Local Area The cathedral and the Academy of Fine Arts are reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes. The MUDAC museum is just 400 meters away. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Ideal for a couple, the house can accommodate up to 3 guests: 2 in the double bed, and 1 in a pull-out armchair available in the small study. ⛰️ Surroundings The marble quarries are just a few kilometers away, as the house is located at the end of the road that comes from the mountains and reaches the city. The beach at Marina di Carrara is 7 km away. Lerici, Portovenere, La Spezia, and even the Cinque Terre are within easy visiting distance. 🗺️ Distances Pisa and Lucca are about 55 km away, while Florence and Genoa are about 130 km away.
