Villa Alba is a house completely surrounded by green hills and very close to everything you need, for a joyful weekend and also for a few days work.
Michele and Elisabetta: We are the hosts of the property, managing the business with the invaluable support of Alba, Michele's mother. We are both engineers, but we've always loved the idea of hosting. Taking advantage of the unique features of our home, we had an initial experience from 2015 to 2020, then took a break that lasted until the summer of 2025, when we reopened the property.
The B&B is located in a quiet, green residential area just outside Perugia, just 3.5 km from the historic center (about a 10-minute drive). 1.5 km away (about a 3-minute drive) is the Via Settevalli area, where you can find all the essential services: a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bar and pastry shop, tobacconist, etc. Assisi and Lake Trasimeno are about a 20-minute drive away. Although public transportation is available (minibus line Z10 - BUSITALIA), due to the infrequency of services, especially during the summer, we recommend reaching us by your own means of transport.
