Villa Annetta is located in a strategic position, in fact it is located just 500 meters from Poggi, a pleasant stone village, with its romantic alleys and a small restaurant and two churches. The house is surrounded by a completely fenced Mediterranean garden with hydro-massage pool and ozone therapy, outdoor shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and a comfortable dining table located under a veranda, with a small garden of fresh spices. From here you can enjoy the wonderful sea view surrounded by flowers, lemons, olive trees and palm trees. It is also possible to use a barbecue area. We are in a natural oasis of tranquility and bliss for all our senses, where even our four-legged friends are always welcome. The excellent exposure of the house allows you to see the sea to the south, the imposing Maritime Alps to the north. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the sea and the variety of the landscape in the province of Imperia which allows you to practice any sport and outdoor activity, both at the sea and in the nearby mountains.
With a French mother and an Italian father, I lived twenty-four years in Spain, holding the role of commercial director for several fashion companies and for important foreign companies. After five years, I created my companies "Minasso Collezioni Moda" and "La Storia di un Buon Caffè". I have always loved to paint and today I also dedicate myself to the renovation of ruins or old houses, to painting, to my dynamic organic garden and to travel on foot.
Just three kilometers from the villa, you are spoiled for choice to make the most of your time: if you decide to spend a day at the beach, equipped beaches await you, but also free beaches, as well as bathing areas to share with the your dog (here our four-legged friends are always welcome). If, on the other hand, you wish to stroll, you can admire the colorful facades of the typical houses of the area: overlooking the sea, Borgo Foce and Borgo Marina are linked by a romantic pedestrian promenade, called precisely "the walk of lovers". From here you reach Porto Maurizio which represents a magnificent point to observe the city from its historical heart. Continuing, at a handful of kilometers, the port of Oneglia represents the city of Imperia in all its pride of place in continuous rebirth. Here, in particular, unique corners meet to enjoy a typical aperitif. Sports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the sea and its unparalleled cycling views, along the cycle path surrounded by flowers
