Property for exclusive use Ancient 1600s villa with outbuilding, private swimming pool and park located in a shaded position in the woods at 800m altitude, with great view of the whole valley. The private pool 12x6m (1.4m depth) is 60m away on a grass lawn overlooking the valley, with area for outdoor breakfast. The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th from 8 AM to 9 PM. Even if quite isolated, Villa Bagnolo is close to Casale il Ginepro, part of the same property. The washing room is shared between the 2 houses. Music prohibited from midnight to 8am. On the gr. fl: 2 living areas, billiards, playroom for kids, dining room, kitchen with outdoor access, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the 1st fl: spacious living room, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the 2nd fl: large living room, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The outbuilding is 50 metres away from the main house. Gr. fl: living room with fireplace, eating area with access to the garden and small bathroom. On the 1st floor: two double bedrooms, small living room, 3 bathrooms with shower. Weekly linen change. Access via 2km of gravel road.

The farmhouse is immersed in the woods of the hills between Val di Chiana and the Tiber valley. It is quite isolated, despite being close to other properties such as Casale il Ginepro which is part of the same property. It’s the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with friends.
