Villa Balducci has been our family home for the last 20 years. A lot of love has gone into its creation. We made the property suitable for our teenage children in the early years and now we've made it suitable for our small grandchildren. Those that don't mind walking up a hill can walk into the vibrant town of Citta di Castello which is just 2.5 klms away. The large pool is great for those that like to swim lengths and dive off the diving board. The integrated baby pool is ideal for toddlers. The property is entered through electric gates making it private and secure. The property is surrounded by very beautiful gardens with views over the mountains on the other side of the valley.
