Main house (250 m2): gr. floor: dining room for the entire group, living room. The dining and living room have direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dinners. 2nd sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board).1st floor: a single bedroom with private shower bathroom, 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private shower bathroom. Annex (120 m2): sitting room between 2 double bedrooms both with private shower bathroom; fully equipped kitchen. Position Immersed in the Val d'Orcia, ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays together but without giving up their privacy. Nearby Vitaleta Chapel, and locations including movies such as Gladiator and the English Patient. Equipment Equipped with wi-fi, LPG heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, mosquito nets in all windows (but not on French windows), baby bed, high chair, 2 small safes. Services The price includes supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, heating, electricity, final cleaning, wi-fi, high chair and baby bed. Important Information Pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Arrivals between 4 pm and 7 pm. Only small pets are allowed. In the kitchen of the annex there is a corner used for the owner's hobby with his materials. Access to the villa via 550 meters of unpaved road. Low power (5Kw) charging for electric cars available on request and costs EUR 0.5/Kw.
