The stone farmhouse exudes the authentic charm of a country home, with a relaxing and simple atmosphere. Surrounded by a spacious garden, it offers outdoor areas with tables and chairs for al fresco meals, plus table tennis, table football and a life-size chessboard for fun with family and friends. There’s also a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven, perfect for homemade pizza and bread. The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
