Large bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom that is located on a separate floor in a villa. We are a couple that crossed borders. Zane is Latvian and Mauro is Italian. During the lockdown, we decided to leave our busy London city lives for a more thoughtful existence in the Italian countryside. We have been renovating a villa we purchased in the Como mountain region. If you have seen the movie "Under the Tuscan sun" that's us. Zane also has an extensive orchid collection and Mauro is all about cars.
15 minutes drive away from the Lake Como with beach access. 5 minute drive away from Lake Segrino. 5 minutes walk away from the main trails of Gajum, Corni di Canzo, Monte Palanzone and Alpe del Vicerè. 10 to Canzo/Asso railway station with a direct line to Milan. Property is on a cycling route to the Madonna del Ghisallo.
