VILLA EUGENIA - LUXURY FLAT in the heart of BORDIGHERA, with PARKING SPACE, very CLOSE TO THE SEA
Very central and spacious 2 bedrooms (4 sleeps) apartment. Interior designed, set within a prestigious building, very high ceilings, free Wi-Fi, 50'' Smart TV, lift and private sheltered car parking (very rare in the centre and priceless in the busy holiday months).
The apartment consists of a large entrance hall, a large master bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
The flat is located in the very centre of Bordighera, only 20 meters from the sea, right in the area of the best beach clubs, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and just a few steps from the train station, the famous Tennis Club and the beautiful Via Vittorio Veneto gardens.
The property is immaculate in every detail and the interiors are of very high quality: marble, wooden floor, Venetian stucco and original brick walls.
