Our flat is certified by the Regione Liguria Code CITRA008055-LT-0099. This is a certification that guarantees you a perfect stay! Always ask before booking. The villa was built in the park of the former property of Franco Alfano, famous conductor, who finished Puccini's "Turandot" left unfinished by the author. The flat, although close to the centre, is situated in a quiet residential area with little traffic and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Old palm trees, mimosa trees and peppers are found all around the house. Roses and cica enrich the lawns. You can dine al fresco under the porch of the main entrance almost all year round. San Remo is known for its mild climate during the winter months. The location of the property is particularly good and is completely sheltered from the wind.
Ciao, sono Gianni e curo questa casa vacanze con mia moglie Evy. Ho passato tutta la mia vita a dirigere hotel di famiglia, conosco bene le esigenze dei clienti e soprattutto come " coccolarli". Sono certo che apprezzerete la nostra Evycasavacanze. Vi aspettiamo!
La villa è situata al Solaro ( così detto da solatio perchè in una conca protetta dai venti e rivolta a mezzogiorno ), quartiere nella zona residenziale, immersa nel verde a soli 500 mt dai negozi e ristoranti, 800 mt dalle spaigge più belle.
