Villa Giulia is the perfect home for a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing vacation in a house just a few steps from a beautiful beach. The villa is surrounded by a garden and features a spacious patio where you can enjoy your meals and a barbecue while overlooking the lake. In the garden, there is a hot tub which, during cooler periods, can be heated upon request (this service comes at an additional cost). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a smart TV are also available. Just a few meters from the villa, via a convenient private pathway, you will have direct access to Pisenze Beach, located within the Lake Park of Manerba del Garda. IMPORTANT: The kitchen and the area with the sofa bed are located in a bright, windowed basement. Access is via internal stairs; there is no elevator. If you have any special needs or mobility limitations, please kindly let us know before booking, so we can help you choose the most suitable accommodation for your requirements.
