The farm "VILLA GRADONI" takes its name from the wine whose grapes come from a vineyard cultivated in steps on the slope of Colle Madonna della Rosa, overlooking the building of the company. The Borgo, renovated respecting the architectural tradition and the use of materials of historic houses, has a "horizontal" structure with apartments and services located in different buildings, albeit close to each other. It also offers the opportunity to enjoy all the comforts of a modern complex (catering, swimming pool, small children’s playground, barbecue area, laundry, free use of bicycles and Wi-Fi). Villa Gradoni consists in 21 flats divided in BILOCALI and TRILOCALI. The bilocali (two-room flats) consist of: 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, television. The trilocali (three room flats) consist of: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, television. The Suite is a three-room apartment consisting of two large bedrooms and living room with sofa bed, elegantly furnished and equipped with kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, television and large independent terrace. NB: each apartment is different and unique; Only some apartments are equipped with air conditioning. In the accommodation you will find the necessary equipment for the use of the kitchen and the consumption of meals.
