Beautiful villa with swimming pool and large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the hinterland of Puglia. Villa Irma, which is spread over one floor, opens onto a living room with a fireplace, a TV and a double sofa bed, behind which there is the dining area and an arched opening to the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with tub completes the accommodation. The added value is represented by the outdoor spaces: surrounded by a countryside and a large garden with swimming pool, Villa Irma also has a large parking area, a furnished patio and a barbecue for delicious dinners to be enjoyed in the open air. The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
