We are a Luxury Real Estate specialized in the construction and management of prestigious properties on Lake Garda. Very spacious villa that can accommodate up to 8 people and with the addition of two sofa beds, it receives a total of 12 people. The elegant villa is spread over a ground floor and a first floor. A location in total privacy, discretion and elegance. If necessary, total independence from the upper floor to the lower one is guaranteed. The whole place is air-conditioned, two bathrooms with a large private parking space. The presence of the TV is guaranteed in all rooms with WI-FI connection, access to the most popular apps such as NETFLIX, youtube, amazon video. The customer can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, outdoors, facing the pool. The large windows and French windows make the room very bright. The living area which resides on the first floor can enjoy a large outdoor space for breakfast, lunch and dinner thanks to a large terrace overlooking the pool. Centralized and automatic shutter closing. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with elegant furnishings. The double bedroom which resides on the ground floor, overlooks and has direct access to the garden area; the one on the upper floor has a large terrace.
