B&B Villa Magnolia is strategically located just 100 meters from the bus stop, and within walking distance you'll find a supermarket, a trattoria, and a pharmacy. Free parking is available right in front of the property. We only have two double rooms on the first floor for guests, ensuring maximum privacy. One room has an en-suite bathroom, while the other has an adjacent bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. In addition to the owners, the property also hosts a sweet dog and several cats. Therefore, we do not recommend guests with allergies. We are particularly committed to making our guests feel at home. And to start your day off right, a delicious Italian, continental, and/or vegetarian breakfast awaits you. House Rule: To help protect the environment and ensure a more sustainable stay, we kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave your room.
