The accommodation has been completely renovated in a modern and elegant style, featuring several original elements that make it unique. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to be able to cook and eat at home. The Deluxe Double room, called “Daisies”, is furnished with a double bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a desk, a closet and a chest of drawers. The special feature of this room is the presence of an exposed glass shower, ideal for a couple. The King Room, called “Marzipan”, is also furnished with a double bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a desk, a closet and a chest of drawers. Both rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a heated towel rail, shower, bidet and hair dryer. There is also an overlook to a portion of the private courtyard, with two deck chairs per room. Both rooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning. Outside, we find a garden surrounded by the greenery of the Nomentum nature reserve. In addition to the private parking area, there is a wooden patio equipped with chairs, small tables, sofas, a barbecue and a hammock, perfect for breakfast or lunch with a bird's-eye view of Rome (here you can even spot St. Peter's in the distance). The outdoor lighting also creates a beautiful atmosphere for a relaxing dinner. Near the patio there is also an outdoor bathroom. The entire facility, inside and outside, is covered by WIFI network. Check-in is totally automatic: one day before your arrival you will be provided with a link to be able to open the electric gate and the front door via your phone or with a numeric code to be entered on an external headboard. The accommodation is entirely private, while the garden and parking are shared with me and a little cocker named Bruski! The dog is not outside, but a few times a day he wants to take a walk in the garden...He is the nicest dog in the world but in case of special needs I can let him out on a leash.

The villa is located within the Nomentum nature reserve and offers the ultimate in privacy of relaxation. Just a 1-minute walk away is the bus stop that takes you directly to Roma Tiburtina Station or Monterotondo.
