Villa Olivida is located in a quiet residential area of Garda and it consists of two apartments. Entering through the gated entrance leads to the property's garden, where you find the garage with a car charging station. To the right, you can walk through the garden to the splendid outdoor relaxation area with the heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The ground floor apartment opens onto the living area with a kitchen. From here, a walkway to the right leads directly to the outdoor dining area equipped with an electric barbecue. Continuing toward the sleeping area, there is a bathroom with a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower. The hallway then leads to the bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and a twin bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the first floor you find the second apartment. From the living area with kitchen, you access the terrace with an outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue. To the left of the living room is the sleeping area: a bathroom with a washing machine, two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and another bathroom with shower. The upper floor is enriched by a terrace along two sides of the villa, with an outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi. One of the villa's bathrooms features a shower with a built-in steam sauna. The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Check-in is from 4PM to 8PM. Arrivals after 8PM are subject to a mandatory 30e fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before. All guests must show an ID, pay the tourist tax of 2e per person per night (children under 14 do not pay) and the mandatory security deposit of 500e PARTIES, EVENTS AND FIREWORKS ARE FORBIDDEN.
