The gate leads to the lawn in front of the house and the porch with, with space for two cars. On the ground floor, from the garden, there’s access to a separate apartment with double sofa bed, small cooking corner and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The entrance to the main floor of the house is by a staircase, which lead to a terrace. From the level of the garden in front of the house, you can access the rear part (and the pool level) of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen there’ s acces to the large living room with fireplace, which is used as a dining area and area with sofas, incl. a sofa bed for two, complete with hi-fi stereo system and satellite TV. The living room and bedroom area are equipped with air conditioning. Both the kitchen and the living areas have French doors that open onto the large front terrace. From both these rooms there’ access to a corridor that leads to the sleeping area, where you find the “green” double bedroom that shares a bathroom with the “yellow” twin room (bunk beds), while the master bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom with shower. With a short walk of a few hundred meters, you will reach a beautiful and equipped beach, where you can dive in the blue waters of the lake. For those who do not want to venture down to the lake there is a nice pool with a view.
