A beautiful villa with a pool, recently renovated with taste and elegance, just 300 meters from the main square of Marina di Ragusa (Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi) and 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. It will allow you to enjoy a pleasant, relaxing stay just steps from the center and all amenities. Villa Ravanica consists of two apartments that share large outdoor spaces: a swimming pool, garden, and parking. Each apartment features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a large private terrace. The taste and style of the furnishings make every corner of the house unique and exclusive, and above all, the renovation focused on renewable energy sources to make your stay green.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in the centre of Marina di Ragusa, only 300m from Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi and 400m from the sea. The sandy beach and shallow sea are ideal for families with children who can enjoy playing in peace. Moreover, at the numerous lidos along the coast, it’s possible to rent deckchairs and umbrellas to fully enjoy days at the beach. Lastly, being in the centre, the houses are close to all services such as shops, restaurants, bars and bakeries such as Panificio San Giuseppe, famous for its delicious tomato focaccia, an essential stop for every tourist.
