Villa Sant’Andrea is an entire private villa surrounded by the green Umbrian hills, just a short drive from Gubbio. It is ideal for families and groups of up to 11 guests. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garden, barbecue facilities and a seasonal panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Stone walls, wooden details and the fireplace preserve the authentic character of this family home, while the spacious outdoor areas offer privacy, tranquillity and the opportunity to dine outdoors.
Welcome to Villa Sant’Andrea. The villa was built by our grandfather and is a very special place for our family, full of memories and tradition. Today we personally manage the property and aim to offer our guests the same sense of peace and authenticity that we have always enjoyed here. We are happy to recommend restaurants, villages, itineraries and places to visit, while always respecting our guests’ privacy and independence.
Villa Sant’Andrea is located in the peaceful countryside of Gubbio, in a panoramic position approximately 10 km from the historic centre. Gubbio, Gualdo Tadino, Monte Cucco Regional Park, Assisi and Perugia are all within easy reach. The area is ideal for walking, hiking, cycling and discovering Umbrian villages, local cuisine and places connected to the Way of Saint Francis. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
