Hi, I'm Laura, I wasn't born on Lake Garda, but since I was a child I've always spent my summers in Gardone, even if now I work here the lake continues to represent for me a place for holidays and relaxation. I have always loved travelling, studying different languages and cultures. In fact, I decided to study languages at university and to spend some time abroad. Now my home base is Lake Garda, but I continue to indulge in various trips. These experiences and my personality lead me to want to make my guests feel at home, helping them to find their way around and make the most of what is on offer in our area. I love to eat and cook, my guests are advised on the best restaurants, delicatessens, wine bars, farmers markets... You will have the opportunity to experience the lake as if you were visiting a friend here. We will be available to help you at any time.

Villa Titynino is a wonderful lake front villa with a huge park rich in essences and old trees, it has been recently renovated and is equipped with all comforts. No matter if you are dining in the garden by the lake, reading a book under the loggia or dozing in your room overlooking the lake, each of these spaces will give you unique sensations to live privately with your family or your guests in one of the most exclusive places of Lake Garda. Far from the chaos of the main road, it is surrounded by a park and the lake. The land, completely fenced, makes the villa a perfect location for holidays with children. Its unique location will make you enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, a peace and privacy that are nowadays difficult to find in lakeside locations, the privilege of being able to dive from the beach below and enjoy shade and cool even during the hot summer days thanks to the many trees in the park. The villa has a brand new equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare delicious meals with the best local ingredients, it also offers a space behind the house, where you can park many cars and a covered shelter for some cars (parked one behind the other). From the property you can walk to the nearby supermarket, the baker, the newsagent and the center of Gardone Riviera Basso, which offers several shops, excellent restaurants and bars. On request, some restaurants nearby also offer home delivery service. The center of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a pleasant twenty-minute walk or in five minutes by car. With a twenty-minute walk you can also reach Salò, a town known for its luxurious shops and the beautiful lake promenade.
