Marina di Campo - "Eden 3" Apartment - In a quiet residential area, convenient to the sea and the sandy beach, and approximately 600 meters from the town center. This well-maintained, air-conditioned studio apartment is part of a small residential complex with a garden and parking. The apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette and direct access to the loggia, a bathroom with a shower and a window, and a fully equipped bathroom. The sleeping area features a double bed and a pull-out double sofa bed (two single beds can be joined together to form a double bed). The property boasts a newly installed, enclosed loggia with thermal glass and direct access to the furnished outdoor courtyard. The paved and covered outdoor entrance area is convenient for storing beach equipment and bicycles (two provided). Sleeps 2/4. Two adult bicycles provided. Color TV - Washing machine - Air conditioning - Furnished outdoor space - Private parking space.
