Experience authentic Sicilian living in our artistic, rustic hilltop retreat. It’s a soulful home for adventurers who prefer a spectacular view over a five-star finish. The house is full of character, with handmade textures and an unpolished, charming vibe. Equipped with essential comforts and private parking. A short 5-minute walk downhill takes you to the nearest beach. The access is via a bumpy steep hill but the peace and the view are worth it! THE SPACE Patio & Entrance: At the entrance, you'll find a patio with lovely sea views, a large dining table with chairs, and a BBQ. Occasionally, you might meet our two friendly neighbors. The House Inside: The house is half built in a hill making it very quiet, it features two bedrooms, both with double beds and ventilators. One bedroom has a very small window and a 140 cm double bed. The other bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a TV, and a window overlooking the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need (check the closets for the oven, mixer, blender, plates, glasses, etc.). There's a spacious living room/lounge area with air conditioning. The bathroom includes an open walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and two windows. The Rooftop Terrace: Ascend a short uphill path around the house to discover the stunning 80 m2 rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking sea views! It's the perfect spot for breakfast or to unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Heat: the 10Kw Nordica Extraflame pellet stove will keep the house warm. Getting Around & Important Notes: The nearest pebble beach is a 5-minute walk downhill. Please note that there are stairs and hills to climb around the property and to the beach. Other beaches are just a 5-minute drive away, a car is highly recommended. The train station is 2.5 km away, and the village is 3.5 km away.

Location & Getting Around: The house is nestled on a hill in the heart of nature. Please note: The drive up is steep, best suited for brave drivers and small cars! We are conveniently close to the beaches, 3.5 km from the charming village of Altavilla Milicia, and just 2 km from the train station. There are hills and stairs to climb around the property and to the beaches, so if you have mobility challenges, this might not be the ideal stay for you. The nearest beach is a short 5-minute walk downhill (on the street, no sidewalks). You can discover more beautiful pebble beaches within easy reach by car or a scenic stroll – some hidden gems, others in plain sight along the stunning coastline. Altavilla Milicia village, just 3.5 km away, boasts a magnificent belvedere. For those eager to explore, there are plenty of delightful towns nearby, and the vibrant city of Palermo is only a 20-minute drive by car or train. Beaches & Access The Nearest Beach: Located down a very steep hill (5-minute walk). You must cross the main road and go under the viaduct to reach the shore. Other Beaches: Located on Via Consolare. Please note that during high season, parking is paid. Important: There are no sidewalks on the local roads, so a car is highly recommended for getting around safely!
