Villetta Moscal is a holiday home in the historic centre of Affi, nestled among vineyards. Five apartments, which underwent extensive energy-efficient renovations between 2023 and 2026, with private entrances surround a quiet courtyard with a pool and barbecue area. Above the Villetta runs a cycle path, perfect for relaxed tours through olive groves and along the lake. The expressway and motorway are just a few minutes away, ideal for excursions. The Buon Gusto holiday apartment (80 m²) captivates with its Mediterranean charm. It has a private entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room, a bathroom and three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) equipped with a wardrobe, mirror and coat hooks. In the courtyard, you will find a pool, a barbecue area with tables, parasols and deck chairs. Bed linen, towels, washing-up liquid, free WiFi and much more are provided on site.

As a trained carpenter, I completely renovated and designed this holiday home myself with a great deal of passion and attention to detail. From the first beam to the last screw, everything was designed and implemented by me. My goal was to create a place that combines modern design with a Mediterranean lifestyle: high-quality, cosy and authentic. As a host, it is very important to me that my guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive and enjoy a special stay.

Our holiday accommodation is located in a traffic-calmed historic centre, just 2.8 km from the Affi motorway exit and the SR450 expressway. It is therefore an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions and at the same time a relaxing retreat, far away from the hustle and bustle of city centres. Nevertheless, you can reach Bardolino (5.7 km) on Lake Garda in just 10 minutes. Cisano is 7.2 km away, Lazise 7.5 km and Garda 8.4 km. The centre of Verona is only half an hour (29 km) away by car. For a car-free day, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails right next to Villetta Moscal, from which you can explore the beauty of Affi, the surrounding area and the hilly landscape down to the lake. The nearby Aquardens thermal spa offers wellness and relaxation. For families, Gardaland, various water parks and the Parco Natura Viva safari zoo are only 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Nature and garden lovers should visit the Parco Giardino Sigurtà in Valeggio sul Mincio. The region is also known for its wine cellars and olive oil production: wine tastings and regional restaurants serving typical cuisine are also worth a visit.
