The nice building is located within the property of a very well maintained villa in details and with the possibility of access to the sea. The location is very easy accessible and close to a park of pine trees which slopes to the sea on the northern side of the island of Elba, in Schiopparello. Portoferraio is about 5 minutes away by car, a few miles away lies the small bay and marina of Magazzini, while continuing on the road we arrive at the next sandy and pebble beaches of Bagnaia and at the wild Gulf of Nisporto. The cottage for 2/4 pax, is ideal for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by the garden. It consists of living room with well-equipped kitchenette, and a double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. On the outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This nice cottage is new and well furnished, and it has furthermore air conditioning and parking place.

It consists of living room with well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. On the outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This nice apartment is new and well-furnished and it has furthermore air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking place. We will be happy to welcome your pet friend, but we would like to point out that the garden is not completely fenced. We also point out the presence of other pets.
