In accordance with Article 109 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily. PLEASE NOTE The property is situated on a hillside and can be reached via an uphill road. For this reason, access is not recommended for sports cars or vehicles with a particularly low ground clearance, as they may scrape the road surface and damage the bumper or other low-lying parts of the vehicle. The gradient is normally manageable in a standard car; however, we recommend booking the property only if you are used to driving on hilly and uphill roads. Please bear this feature of the property in mind before booking, to ensure that the property is suitable for your needs and your vehicle.
