Welcome to our sunny house located on a picturesque hill between the charming towns of Ventimiglia (Italy) and Menton (France's Côte d'Azur). Perched on a hillside only 150m high, in a serene and quiet setting, formerly a floriculture paradise, our home provides the perfect retreat for those seeking real tranquility and deep natural beauty. It's developed in two levels and has 1 bedroom + 1 kitchen / living room with sofa bed for 2 + 1 bathroom. It also has 1 fully equipped terrace with exterior kitchen and south endless seaview . It's perfect for a couple or for a family. It was just fully renovated so it's all in perfect condition. You will have your private car parking.
