# Welcome to +81 OTARU Welcome to +81 OTARU! Our private whole-house accommodation is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Minami-Otaru Station, making it an ideal base for exploring Otaru. Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy views of Otaru's charming streets through the large windows. The entire two-story house is exclusively yours and accommodates up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, and group trips. Self check-in is available. After completing the online or on-site check-in process, you will receive the access code for the smart lock and can enjoy a comfortable, private stay. **【Guest Access】** Guests have exclusive access to the living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, shower room, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, and front yard. The entire house and front yard are reserved exclusively for guests. *Please do not enter locked areas such as the storage room or cleaning supply closet.* **【Beds】** The house features six semi-double beds and one single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. **【Amenities】** We provide four air conditioners, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, a washing machine with laundry detergent, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, cotton pads, indoor slippers, bath towels, and face towels. The house is also suitable for extended stays. *Please note that sleepwear (pajamas) is not provided.* **【Kitchen】** The spacious kitchen is available for cooking. It includes an IH stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, basic cookware such as frying pans, pots, knives, and cutting boards, as well as tableware. Enjoy meals together with family and friends. Basic seasonings are provided, but guests are kindly asked to prepare their own ingredients. **【Parking】** Private parking is not available. Please use the nearby low-cost **Times Otaru Hanazono Rainbow** parking lot (2-3-2 Hanazono, Otaru), a 4-minute walk
