Our AOCA apartment is a certified legal vacation rental in Otaku Tokyo. Unlike a hotel, there is no front desk at the apartment, we apply a self check in service with a tablet at the entrance of the apartment, however, you can use the apartment just as the way you are at home, there is no people to bother you about cleaning the room everyday. This lodging is designed by OT, a member of 81 BASTARDS. And all the room layout and furniture are selected by an Japanese interior designer, Shinya Endo. We, indeed, hope to provide you a comfortable and relax stay here in AOCA SANNO.

SANNO, Ota-ku is an area full of downtown flavors in Tokyo. The Omori Ginza shopping street near the east exit of the Omori station has been there since 1876. This shopping street is full of century-aged shops such as Izakaya Fujikawa etc. We are sure that you can experience the mixing modern and traditional Japanese cultures here. Furthermore, there are different types of restaurants, convenience stores and shops here in the Ikegami-Dori which is near the Omori station. Such as Tempura Tendon Tenya and MEGA Don Quijote, etc. It will be so convenient for you to buy souvenirs and shop here. Besides the shopping street, Reggae bar yaman, Asian Taste Ain't No. etc can provide you an incredible nightlife here in Sanno.
