• The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 20:00.

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

• As the villa is surrounded by nature, insects and wildlife may occasionally appear.

• Parking for one car is available on-site. A second car may park along the private road; for three or more vehicles, please contact us in advance.

• Please keep your valuables secure.

• Damage, loss, or breakage of facilities or items may result in additional charges.

• We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, power outages, or other force majeure events.

While this property offers stays longer than one month, Booking.com isn't offering a lease to a guest. Accordingly, all guests who participate in this offering won't have any rights or interests as a tenant for the offered property but should remain subject to applicable hotel stay/lodging terms and conditions.

A damage deposit of ¥50,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
