“地點絕佳，出車站後步行2分鐘即可抵達。建議房東可以修正一下或是告知有攜帶行李的旅客，可以改走電梯到達路面，不需要提著行李按照路線圖爬樓梯，我覺得這個非常重要，對旅客會更友善。 附近有兩三間超市、便利商店、也有一間小型的唐吉柯德，吃飯的餐廳也不少，在住宿生活上真的十分方便。 房東的聯繫也十分友善積極，都能第一時間協助和提供幫助，五顆星。 房間的設備齊全，該有的都有了，空間也大，幾乎就是一個單身小公寓的規模，適合喜歡生活感的旅客，3人的小家庭十分適合。是近幾年民宿裡面心中的前三名了，大推。”

“離地鐵西新站很近，走路不到5分鐘。 設備新穎，廚具、微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機一應俱全。浴室的乾燥功能可以有效烘乾衣服，非常方便。提供的餐具是陶瓷製品，微波使用很放心。 可惜沒有提供洗衣精和廚房抹布。”

“大冰箱、超大鞋櫃、大垃圾桶（樓下有垃圾場）、一堆空垃圾袋、進入式大衣櫃、有吸塵器（可以買壓縮袋）、有洗衣機(有晾襪子的曬衣夾跟六七隻塑膠衣架，五隻木衣架)、大電梯（解鎖大門之後電梯會自動到一樓接你，有點雞肋但很酷）、周邊生活機能極好（樓下有超大扭蛋店（10-20），車站閘門正對面就是超市（9-24），超市樓上有Seria 跟無印（10-20)，也有一間唐吉開到半夜）噢然後對面的saliya俗又大碗，一定要吃一次，跟台灣的不一樣”

“위치는 니시진역에서 가깝고 앞에 다이소며 편의점이며 드럭스토어, 마트까지 다양한 시설들이 있어서 너무 편리하고 좋았어요. 특히, 하카타나 텐진으로 나가면 사람이 너무 많아서 복잡한데, 조용하면서 이용할 거리가 많아서 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집도 줄서지 않고 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가성비도 괜찮았습니다. 일단 숙소의 청결도와 쾌적함이 참 좋았습니다.”
