Located in a quiet residential area, guests can enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. You can rent the entire first floor of a two-story apartment. While the entrance is shared with the residents on the second floor, all other areas are exclusively for guests, ensuring a secure and private stay. There are three bedrooms (each about 7㎡), with two of the rooms having two semi-single beds each, and one room having one semi-double bed. The space is compact but smartly arranged, with small rooms, beds, and shower room, all maintained clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an interior lock for privacy. Including the sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, though stays with 6 guests are especially recommended. There are two toilets and two kitchens, allowing comfortable use even for larger groups. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a full kitchen, this place is perfect for long stays, business trips, sightseeing, girls’ gatherings, and family stays. This accommodation offers a simple stay at a reasonable price, recommended for those who prioritize accessibility and convenience. The bathroom only has a shower room, but authentic hot spring bathing is available at “Kamata Onsen,” just a 3-minute walk away (entrance fee: 550 yen for adults). A nostalgic shopping street and many restaurants are nearby, offering a convenient yet peaceful stay. Pets are welcome at our property. If you are bringing a pet, please contact us in advance and inform us of the type and number of pets. An additional 3,000 JPY per pet per night will be charged.
