“还是第一次遇到这样的房东，详细制作了一个进入房间的指引，如何从最近的地铁出口出来，经过的每一条马路如何转弯，然后到达住宅大楼，再如何进入大楼（密码），如何进入房间（密码）。 交通便捷，离开新宿三丁目地铁站很近。 客房面积比较大，不仅仅是干湿分离，淋浴间比较大，面盆+洗衣机区域也比较大，还有独立的马桶间。颠覆了以往我对日本住宿的印象。 设备设施也非常好。 不临近大马路，非常安静。”
