This is a private detached house located in a quiet residential area in Takatsu, Kawasaki, Kanagawa. Surrounded by a peaceful environment, it offers a relaxing stay away from the busy city. It is ideal for family trips, stays with friends, business trips, or long-term stays. The house features multiple rooms, including both Western-style and Japanese-style rooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. You can relax on traditional tatami flooring and enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay, perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, cooking utensils, and tableware, allowing you to prepare anything from simple meals to full cooking. A washing machine is also available, making it convenient for both short and long stays. Enjoy a comfortable, home-like stay during your trip. Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Reservations by minors only will be canceled without refund. Check-in is available until 9:00 PM. Late check-in is possible; however, responses may be delayed during late-night hours. ※ The space in front of the property is a shared area with neighboring residents. Parking is not permitted. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots instead. If a vehicle is parked in front of the property, it may cause inconvenience to our neighbors. In such cases, we will take immediate action. We kindly ask for your cooperation. In addition, out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from smoking, gathering, or lingering in the parking area for extended periods of time.
