Lovely location, amazing onsen. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating, the greatest service we had during our time in Japan. Do not wait, just book!

The staff is very good and attentive. I was glad to be able to participate in a traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast ceremony, and enjoy the natural hot springs and the Hakone region. Located within 10 minutes drive of the famous Hakone Shrine.

It is a historic Ryokan that even has a museum hall. And the kindest staff that shows you around the grounds. And serves you meals. We had the best experience!

Though we missed breakfast, our dinner was an excellent multi-course traditional Japanese meal. Basically all the food was delicious and the staff were wonderfully kind. Best part was certainly sitting out in the onsen late at night.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed being able to experience the different onsen options (2 private, and 2 gender specific). The breakfast was really thoughtful. Memories from our weekend there will last a long time.

Exceptional stay, the location is a bit remote but it is nestled in a super calm neighborhood. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the food was amazing and the house a lot bigger than what we were expecting. We wished we were staying longer!!
