“上毛高原駅から車で30分程度の山中の立地で、日常から切り離れた時間を過ごすのに最適。 山荘から1時間ほど上ると川場谷ダム、30分ほど下ると小住温泉があり、自然を感じながら散歩ができる。 夕食・朝食とも地場や季節の食材を楽しめて満足度が高い。連泊して料理の違いを楽しむのも良い。 部屋付きの風呂はぬるめで長時間入れる。窓を開けると虫が来るが朝は少ない。雨の日はもっと少ないので、眼前に広がる自然の匂いや空気を感じて、雨音を聞きながらの入浴はお勧め。”
