“予定より早くホテルに着いたのでチェックイン前だけれど荷物を預かってもらいたくフロントへ行ってお願いしたら、部屋の準備が出来ているのでチェックインが可能とのことで大変助かりました。 また、時間が早かったので観光をしたいので道順を教えてもらいたく尋ねたら、案内図で道順を示していただき、それが適切で一度も間違わずに目的地に到着しました。本当に親切にしていただき助かりました。 ただ、時間が思ったより余ったので２時間半も歩いて足が棒のようになったのは想定外でした。”
