A private 38㎡ space with a loft and tatami area, suitable for up to 6 guests. Newly built in 2024 and fully reserved for your group. Bedding [Loft: 2 single mattresses ｜ Tatami area: 3 futon sets ｜ Living room: 1 sofa bed] The tatami space beneath the loft has a calm, cave-like atmosphere. Enjoy Netflix on a large screen with a modern projector, and enjoy a cozy kotatsu in winter. The unit includes a private entrance with keyless access, a mini kitchen, washer–dryer, independent washbasin, and free Wi-Fi. Picture books, puzzles, playing cards, and a step stool are also provided for families with children. Experience the comfort of “living like a local” during your stay in Mitaka.

About a 16-minute walk from JR Mitaka Station (JC12 / JB01) in a quiet residential area. The Ghibli Museum and Inokashira Park are both around 15 minutes on foot. Shinjuku is 12 minutes away via the Rapid Chūō Line. As the starting station of the Sōbu Line, it's easy to find a seat—even with luggage. A drugstore, supermarket, and convenience store are all within 1–5 minutes. Times parking lots are 2–3 minutes away. Kichijoji is easily accessible, with cafés and shopping to enjoy. A comfortable location for both short stays and longer visits. Jindaiji Temple, famous for its New Year’s Eve soba noodles, is conveniently located nearby. It is a rare place in Tokyo where you can enjoy nature and visit a temple for the New Year.
