This house is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by stairs. Please take care if you have heavy luggage or difficulty walking. As stated in the “Bedrooms” section, some bedrooms do not have air conditioning. Please keep the doors open to share the AC between connected rooms. The 4th-floor bathroom may take longer to heat water and may feel lukewarm compared to the 3rd floor. Please be aware especially in winter. The balconies along Bedrooms D and E on the 3rd floor are off-limits except in emergencies. Smoking is permitted only on the 4th-floor balcony. Smoking inside the house or on the street is strictly prohibited. Please make phone calls indoors only. This property is a renovated older building, so signs of aging or stains that cannot be removed may remain in some areas. Please keep quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM and keep windows closed. Noise, parties, and loud calls are prohibited at all times.

LINKAGE STAY CHITOSE-FUNABASHI is a large vacation rental located in Chitose-Funabashi, about 20 minutes from Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku. Chitose-Funabashi is a quiet residential area in suburban Tokyo, located close to Shinjuku and Shibuya. With relatively high average income levels and many students living in the area, it has both a calm and lively atmosphere. It is also a very family-friendly neighborhood. Around the station, you will find many local restaurants as well as popular chains such as Starbucks, offering a wide range of dining options. In addition, the large public hot spring facility “THE SPA Seijo” is accessible via a shuttle bus that departs every hour from the station. The nearest station, Odakyu Line Chitose-Funabashi Station, is only a 3-minute walk from the house. Local and semi-express trains stop here. Local trains go directly to Shinjuku, while semi-express trains continue onto the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line.
