The facility located on a hill offers rooms where you can enjoy the charm of Otaru's sloping streets from the living room window, as well as rooms with views of the sea and harbor. You can see a wider view of the scenery by stepping out onto the balcony. There are many restaurants and popular tourist spots nearby, making it a convenient location within walking distance. In our facility, we have installed high-pressure oxygen capsules in the guest rooms*. By entering the capsule and being in a high-pressure environment, you can expect benefits such as beauty effects, fatigue recovery, relief from sleep deprivation, and improved metabolism. Additionally, you can watch TV and videos like Netflix while inside the capsule. There is no time limit for use until check-out, and you can use it for as many hours as you like*. *Installation is limited to 101 rooms. For theft or damage to the capsule device, and for accident prevention, security cameras (without audio recording) are installed facing the capsules (Security cameras have been removed as of March 15, 2024). For legal compliance, we request verification of the identity of all guests at the time of booking and ask for a copy of the passport (taken with the reception tablet) for those without an address in Japan. Additionally, for confirmation of the number of guests staying, cameras (without audio) are installed in the hallway ceiling of the shared space outside the listing room's entrance door in the condominium not listed. This is in accordance with Japanese law. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Access to facilities for individuals not registered in the guest list is generally prohibited. Host permission is required as needed. Payment is accepted only through online prepayment with a credit card.
