“老闆夫婦非常的親切且樂於協助 因為我自己帶大於65歲的爸媽來 媽媽走路不太方便 又有大件行李箱 所以有特別預約了行李寄送的服務 但這家住宿本來不在服務的合作名單上 但老闆娘夫婦特別額外幫我們同意接收 讓我們可以輕裝的搭由布院之森火車 到站後還特別前來載我們 隔天退房後還協助我們搬運行李到車站給我們 （讓我們退房後又可以輕裝的直接從金鱗胡一路逛回火車站） 住宿的設施很新穎溫馨 房間內有很多智慧裝置 例如感應燈、智慧遙控燈、空氣清淨機 兩房的設計睡覺不互相打擾 房間內的設施一應俱全 要煮飯...”

　　金鱗湖すぐ近くの古民家を改造して、気密高断熱住宅に仕上げ、冬暖かく夏涼しです。天然木と珪藻土を使用し、有害物質フリーです。CO2モニターを設置し、自動換気をする。安心して寝心地の良い環境にこだわりました。 　　寝具は高、低反発マートや羽毛布団を使う、電気敷毛布も用意しました。各室冷暖房エアコンあり。 　　玄関、リビング、キッチンとトイレバス 専用でご利用いだだけます。 　　プロ(主人)が淹れたwelcomeコーヒーゴ賞味ください。珈琲塾も併設、焙煎と手淹れ方を教えています。珈琲塾に興味ある方は別途問合せください。松屋式(改)手淹れコーヒー体験あり(有料予約制)。 　　混浴温泉(下ん湯)まで歩いて2分。近く家族風呂や男女別の温泉もあります。
妻Taoは上海出身、夫Takaは北海道出身。3年前まで上海で「丹珈琲」と言うカフェレストラン15年を経営していました。当時店は上海自家焙煎珈琲店の先駆けとして有名になり「地球の歩き方」にも掲載されました。湯布院の素敵な自然に魅せられて移住して来ました。金鱗湖すぐ近くの古民家を購入し、珈琲教室を開くため珈琲工房を建て、宿泊施設を2年掛かりで造りました。この宿泊施設を基地に湯布院の素敵な自然と文化を満喫してもらいたいと思っています。
金鱗湖まで100M、混浴温泉“下ん湯”がすぐ近く歩いて2分、湯の坪街道まで歩いて3分、由布院駅まで1.4キロ。
