The ROKA Luxury Apartments are a collection of impeccably finished mountain residences right at the Sakka slope in the Wadano forest, the most desirable location in the Hakuba Valley. The apartments range from two to five bedrooms and all feature unobstructed mountain views, terraces and ski-in/ski-out access. All units are tastefully decorated with exquisite furnishings, state-of-the art appliances and equipped for the most discerning traveller.

ROKA is located in Upper Wadano on the Sakka Slope on the Olympic Happo One Resort. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance including The Rabbit Hole. ROKA guests receive complimentary transportation to all of Hakuba Hospitality Group’s 8 restaurants in addition to pick up and drop off from Hakuba Station or Happo Bus Terminal.
