“ルートインさんは昔からの御社の良さを変わらずキープしていただいて感謝しかない。まず建物の「気」が良い。天井、廊下、ドア、壁、全て控えめに程よくセンスが良い。おかしな「気」がないのはその辺を注意されているのでしょう。素晴らしかったです。地方に行くとルートインさんを利用するのですがハズレがないです。客層はほぼ日本人。少数外国人がいてもマナー良い人が多い。客質は泊まる客側も気になるところですがルートインさんは心配ないです。”
