This is an uninhabited condominium-type hotel. Please be sure to confirm the message you will receive from the facility as it is a non-personal check-in. There is no parking available, so please use coin-operated parking in the neighborhood. Please make sure to confirm the capacity and type of beds before making a reservation. Please note that you cannot choose the floor number or layout of your room, and that no one under 18 years old or only high school students are allowed to stay in the rooms. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a drum-type washer/dryer. There is no cleaning service during your stay. If you wish, we can clean your room for 3,000 yen per time. Bedclothes are not provided. The neighborhood is a temple area and a cemetery can be seen from some of the rooms, so please refrain from making reservations if you are sensitive to this.

Fukuoka City buses cover a wide area, and a one-day pass is available for even more convenient travel. Cabs are also readily available from Hakata Station and major tourist attractions, making transportation comfortable. Cabs can be arranged by making a request at the front desk of your accommodation. Furthermore, there are bike rental spots nearby, and we recommend renting a bicycle to explore the city. Hakata-ku is flat and suitable for bicycles, so you can easily explore the surrounding area. It is also conveniently located on foot, and many shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. Located in the heart of Hakata Ward, you can enjoy sightseeing and shopping to the fullest.
