Our host is an active surfer who runs a long-established surf shop and yoga studio here in Itoshima. He loves surfing and surf trips both in Japan and abroad. On days when there are no waves, he enjoys SUP fishing in the ocean in front of him and catches big fish. On days when the waves are good, he surfs. On days when there are no waves, he fishes. He lives in harmony with nature here in Itoshima.

The neighborhood is dotted with stylish and open cafes, restaurants, and farm shops. Sakurai Shrine and the Meoto Iwa Rocks, two historic and prestigious power spots of Itoshima, are also nearby. Oguchi Beach, right in front of the inn, is one of the most beautiful and crystal clear beaches in Itoshima. With few people, it is a hidden gem of a beach, like a private beach.
